Hi, I’m Ellen Moidel. Thanks for stopping by. I created Lediom Solutions in November 2006. I never thought I would find myself starting my own company, but some part-time consulting work happened to come my way, and the timing was right, so Lediom Solutions was born. It’s been busy ever since!
I provide Oracle technical and functional expertise on a part-time, remote basis. The majority of my background is in Oracle HR, Payroll, and Advanced Benefits. However, I’ve recently worked on Oracle Property Manager, and I have previously worked with Oracle Financials and Projects.
I believe that each company has a unique set of business activities that make it strategically different from its competitors. It’s my job to help you use your Oracle system to take even further advantage of your company’s uniqueness. There is a philosophy out there that the business process should conform to the software package of choice. However, as technology becomes more engrained in business processing, this philosophy will only lead to competitive convergence and you will become more and more like your competitor. Who wants that?!
